Port Agent Aberdeen

Aberdeen Port Agency Services

Keep your offshore supply vessels on schedule at one of the North Sea's busiest bases. VertomCory's Aberdeen office provides port agency and husbandry with agents based at the harbour, covering everything from quick offshore turnarounds to extended campaign calls.

The local team knows Aberdeen's operations, suppliers, and port authorities first-hand and boards your vessel in person on every call.

Efficient Offshore Supply Operations at Aberdeen

Reduce delays on turnarounds where every hour alongside costs money in the field. Pilotage, berthing, and harbour authority liaison are handled ahead of arrival, whilst cargo documentation and customs formalities are managed directly with Aberdeen harbour authorities.

Deck cargo paperwork, offshore-specific documentation, and pre-arrival notifications are completed so your vessel clears without holdups on the day.

Stay compliant with all harbour authority, offshore safety, and environmental requirements throughout the call. Waste disposal through approved Aberdeen contractors, regulatory filings, and any sector-specific documentation are completed on your behalf before departure so nothing is outstanding when your vessel sails.

Crew Welfare and Ship Supply at Aberdeen

Rely on specialist local support for crew rotations timed to minimise vessel downtime. Immigration, transport to Aberdeen International Airport, and accommodation are coordinated through the local office.

Cash to Master, ship spares, provisions, and medical assistance are sourced and delivered without delay through established Aberdeen-area supplier contacts who service the offshore fleet regularly.

Consolidate your operations across the Scottish east coast. The Aberdeen office coordinates with the Grangemouth hub for calls further south, giving your vessels consistent coverage wherever they call in Scotland with 24/7 availability and regular updates throughout.
