All business is undertaken subject to the latest version of the standard trading conditions of our trade associations (as appropriate), which restrict liability and include a jurisdiction agreement. Please refer to the conditions applicable to the territory where the works are performed below:

Belgium
For business undertaken before 21 October 2025, please refer to the General Conditions of the Antwerp Shipping Federation.
For business undertaken after 21 October 2025, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of the Belgian Shipping Federation.
Germany

The Netherlands

Singapore

United Kingdom (including British Overseas Territory Gibraltar)
For freight forwarding services provided from 1 January 2026, please refer to the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standard trading terms.
For freight forwarding services provided until 31 December 2025, please refer to the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standard trading terms for England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. In relation to Gibraltar, the England version shall apply.
For shipbroking, port/liner agency and hub services, please refer to The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Standard Trading Conditions.
For warehousing services, please refer to The UK Warehousing Association.
For road haulage services, please refer to the Road Haulage Association (RHA) Conditions of Carriage.
In the event the services provided do not fall into any of the above categories, The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Standard Trading Conditions will apply.
