Port Agency Services at Thailand

Run your vessels on schedule at every Thai port through two local offices covering the full coastline.

VertomCory's Bangkok and Maptaphut offices manage port agency and husbandry across Thailand.

We cover container traffic at Laem Chabang, Thailand's largest port and one of ASEAN's busiest container facilities, and petrochemical and chemical tanker operations at Maptaphut and Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate.

We also handle general cargo at Bangkok Port (Klong Toey), and vessel calls at terminals throughout the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea coast.

Coordinated Port Processes Across Thailand

Reduce delays from Thai customs procedures and port authority requirements at every terminal. Pre-arrival documentation, pilotage coordination, and berthing are managed for every port your vessel calls at.

Thai Customs Department clearance, cargo documentation, FDA food and pharmaceutical certifications, and any BOI (Board of Investment) or Free Zone documentation are handled ahead of arrival. Container operations at Laem Chabang, petrochemical handling at Maptaphut, and general cargo at Bangkok Port each receive specific terminal coordination.

Remain compliant with Thai customs, Department of Industrial Works environmental, Marine Department maritime safety, and Pollution Control Department regulations at every terminal. Documentation, EIA notifications, and any industrial estate-specific environmental requirements at Maptaphut are managed on your behalf.

Keep Your Crew Looked After Across Thailand

Tap into specialist local support for crew changes and provisioning at Thai ports through both offices' established contacts. Crew changes are managed with Thai Immigration and transport to Suvarnabhumi International Airport or U-Tapao Airport.

Stores, provisions, spares, Cash to Master, and medical assistance are coordinated through the Bangkok and Maptaphut offices' local supplier networks.

Simplify your Thai port calls through one coordinated team covering the full country, with 24/7 availability and regular updates throughout.
