Port Agent All Thames and Medway Terminals

Thames and Medway Port Agency Services

Run your vessels on schedule across every Thames and Medway terminal through one team. VertomCory covers the full Thames Estuary and Medway from the Basildon and Sheerness offices, managing port agency and husbandry for container, bulk, tanker, RoRo, LNG, and general cargo traffic.

The network includes Tilbury, Sheerness, Grays, Dagenham, Isle of Grain, Erith, Ridham, West India Docks, Ramsgate, and Dover — covering every commercial terminal from the upper Thames through the estuary to the Kent coast.

Efficient Operations Across the Thames Estuary

Avoid delays through Thames pilotage, tidal planning, and berth coordination managed from one office regardless of which terminal your vessel calls at. Customs clearance, cargo documentation, and Port of London Authority formalities are completed ahead of arrival at every facility.

Post-Brexit border requirements for cross-Channel and international traffic are handled as standard. Each terminal has specific requirements — LNG security protocols at Isle of Grain, lock systems at West India Docks, tidal creek access at Ridham, Medway navigation for Sheerness — and the Thames team manages them all.

Stay compliant at every Thames-side and Medway terminal with regulatory filings, environmental notifications, and terminal-specific documentation handled on your behalf throughout every call.

Keep Your Crew Looked After on the Thames

Rely on specialist local support for crew and vessel needs across the estuary through established Thames-area suppliers who deliver to every terminal in the network. Stores, provisions, spares, Cash to Master, crew changes, and medical assistance are coordinated from the Basildon and Sheerness offices.

Streamline your Thames and Medway operations through one team, with 24/7 availability across every terminal from Tilbury to Dover and regular updates throughout.
