Port Agent Flushing

Flushing Port Agency Services

Run your vessels on schedule at Flushing with agents based at the port. VertomCory's Flushing office provides port agency and husbandry with local agents covering multi-cargo traffic at this Westerschelde facility and the wider Zeeland port area.

Flushing (Vlissingen) sits at the mouth of the Westerschelde, the shipping channel to Antwerp, giving the port strategic importance for vessels entering or leaving the Belgian and Dutch port systems.

Efficient Multi-Cargo Operations at Flushing

Avoid delays through pre-arrival coordination handled by local agents who know the Westerschelde. Pilotage, berthing, and Westerschelde navigation are managed directly.

EU customs clearance, cargo documentation, and Zeeland Seaports authority formalities are completed ahead of arrival for every cargo type. Chemical, bulk, and general cargo calls each receive specific terminal coordination and the documentation their cargo demands.

Stay compliant with Dutch and EU customs, environmental, and safety regulations throughout every call. The Flushing team handles all regulatory documentation, Rijkswaterstaat waterway filings, and environmental notifications on your behalf. Tank cleaning and waste disposal for chemical and tanker calls are arranged through approved Zeeland contractors.

Crew Welfare and Ship Supply at Flushing

Rely on specialist local support from agents on the ground at Flushing. Crew changes are managed with immigration and transport, with Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Schiphol both accessible for crew rotations.

Stores, provisions, spares, Cash to Master, and medical assistance are sourced through established Zeeland supplier contacts who deliver directly to vessels at Flushing's berths.

Run your Zeeland operations through one Flushing-based team also covering Terneuzen, Sluiskil, and Hansweert, with 24/7 availability and regular updates throughout.
